Returns and Refunds for Defective Products
Refunds or exchanges are available for damaged or defective products if the following conditions are met:
Management is notified in writing within 14 calendar days.
Proof of damage is provided.
The damage occurred prior to the product leaving Impel Motif’s premises.
Management reserves the right to determine the validity of any refund or exchange request.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If a refund is approved, any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Clients are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
Third-Party Shipping Damage
While we take every precaution to package items securely, we are not responsible for damages caused by third-party services. Any issues related to shipping damage should be addressed with the courier service directly, as responsibility transfers to the client upon the items leaving our premises.
