Shipping and Payment
Currently, Impel Motif only ships within South Africa. We use third-party courier services, and while we package orders with the utmost care, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or the condition of items upon delivery, as this responsibility lies with the courier.
Turnaround Times
Online Shop: 5–7 working days
Custom/Signage/Function and Parties: 1–3 weeks depending on design complexity and availability
Stamps: 5–7 working days
Key Rings and Tags: 5–10 working days depending on material availability
Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via PayFast or EFT. Full payment must reflect in our bank account before items are shipped. No items will be dispatched without full payment.
Delivery Responsibility
Once items are handed over to the courier, Impel Motif is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during transit. Clients are encouraged to resolve any such issues directly with the courier.
