All images, items, and content on the Impel Motif website are the exclusive property of Impel Motif. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any images or content is strictly prohibited without written consent from the site owner.
Liability
Impel Motif is not liable for any losses arising from acts of God, unforeseen circumstances, or economic distress. Once items are handed over to third-party delivery services or removed from the premises, the client assumes full responsibility for their care.
Order Timelines and Delays
Standard turnaround times are as follows:
Online Shop: 5–7 working days
Custom/Signage/Function and Parties: 1–3 weeks depending on design complexity and availability
Stamps: 5–7 working days
Key Rings and Tags: 5–10 working days depending on material availability
If an order experiences a delay beyond the stated turnaround time, clients will be notified in writing.
Payment and Order Cancellation
Orders that are submitted but remain unpaid within 10 days will be canceled. Payments must be made via PayFast or EFT, and no items will be shipped until full payment has been received.
